Computer is not starting up

XP-Installation-Guide
Insert the bootable Windows XP CD into the CD drive,and restart the system.
-Change your First boot device to CD/DVD Rom ( From here the system will guide you through whole process and it is very easy and simple process, so do not worry and carry on unless you have any hardware issue on your system)
-Computer will ask to press any key to boot from CD Rom
- At the "Welcome to Setup" screen, press the Enter key to set up Windows.
- Press the ‘C’ key to continue setup.
- Press the ‘F8’ key to agree to the license.
- Press the ‘C’ key to create a partition.
- Enter the size of the partition, or just press the Enter key to use maximum size.
- Select the "New (Unformatted)" option, and press the Enter key.
- Select NTFS or FAT file system (select NTFS if you don’t know).
- follow the prompts format the hard drive in Windows XP and continue the Windows installation.
- At the "Welcome to Setup" screen, press the Enter key to set up Windows.
